I ordered the Jeep chrome bug deflector and the Jeep floor mats to go with my Summit. If the back cargo mat doesn't work out, I'll probably go with aftermarket. Mud flaps will have to be after market because Jeep doesn't list them for the Summit. Drats! Time will tell.

Re: 2014 diesel production

Any westbound (OR/WA) train leaving today?
Must have missed the last one.:

On a good note, the AVS window air deflectors and the Husky x-mats showed up yesterday.

Granite CRD Limited, please come home.

Yes, i am the one to Grandview.

I am heading to Kennewick today, so on my way home I may stop in...not sure what for at this point...maybe to cancel and re-order, maybe cancel outright, maybe to complain. For awhile 11/9 has kind of been my drop dead date. That would be three months since I ordered. I know I wont get it by then, but at least some movement.

When October orders are going KZ and getting loaded up, it is getting pretty ridiculous.

Good thing mine isnt in Bremerton....the ferry would probably sink or I would get stuck in an avalanche on the pass.

I know I am getting negative, but my son will arrive quicker than my Jeep...last I checked feb to dec is ten months, and i dont even know if it will be dec. My Jeep doesnt have a due date anymore.

Mines been sitting in a train yard since Sunday...a mere 1 hr 40 min truck ride away. My dealer says the hauler leaves the yard at 9:22....so basically right now. Yet it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. This is maddening. He says he spoke a driver a while back. Basically the Union drivers pace themselves to keep them all working when they are slow. Oh boy.

Mine's been in Toledo for 6 days now. Today is the estimated delivery date. I guess it could still make it if someone comes and gets it

I wonder why they didn't just put it on a train to Louisville instead of drive it from Detroit when so many others caught a train to Louisville to get to other final destinations.

I know what you mean, I'm down here in Lexington (dealer is in Nicholasville though) and keep seeing folks with Louisville or Shelbyville KY train updates...while we sit in Toledo.

Looking at historical data, our path is probably (New Boston, MI) > (Toledo Walbridge Yard, OH) > (Cleveland, OH) > (Buffalo, NY) > (Selkirk, NY) > (East Brookfield, MA). The East Brookfield yard is an automotive distribution center so we will probably get transloaded there to trucks bound to our dealers. Good luck and enjoy the ride!
Hey Netboy, I'm in CT too and have the same (estimated) delivery date of 11/11, although I'm a bit behind you. Still in New Boston. On the last Jeep I ordered I thought it was trucked in from Selkirk.

Re: 2014 diesel production

I'm pretty much refreshing every 5 min waiting for WILLX to say...'you are on a truck to the dealer' - this is sad. A watched pot never boils.

Outstanding. A short hop through the Sierras and you NorCal folks are set. My Mira Loma-bound SoCal train is probably passing through eastern Arizona as we speak. Hopefully no obstacles or delays in the desert. Estimated delivery 11/11.
