I'll post full review in the review thread, but had no issues during inspection. Fit and finish was great, none of the misalignment issues that some other people mentioned.

Only three minor things:
- Urea tank was only half full and dealer had no Urea on hand... They ordered it and will top off
- I noticed the headlights fog a little, but I guess this is normal?
- When I crank up the sound system really loud (like all the way) there's some rattle inside the B pillar on drivers side. Dealer said they will check it and fix, but I'll wait till the oil change

Loving this thing so far

Thanks again Milous, Willx, Chevy, Marlon, etc. for all you do here!
Jarek how did u make out with Lease ?!

Re: 2014 diesel production

Train Arrival 11/09/2013 04:15 AM EST On Railcar - Council Bluffs, IA
Placed at Industry 11/10/2013 01:35 AM EST On Railcar - Council Bluffs, IA

The dealer called last night before closing and said they had sent an email to the district rep....The dealership is still confused as to why their info shows delivery at 8am on 11-14...I am hoping Monday is the end of this experience. I am ready to move on and drive the stink off of this SFU! I made this deal August 13 and the dealer is honoring our agreement! Still content but would really like to drive it!!!!!!

Mine is still sitting at the rail terminal since Tuesday. At least the dealer emailed and said he walked his lot this morning just to double check if it happened to show up. Negative. So I'm with you, hoping early next week is will be happy day....

Although when I called today to find out the status, the guy told me they were only supposed to provide information to the dealer, but he looked up my VIN anyway. Of course my dealer wasn't any help in this area. Anyway, mine was unloaded yesterday according to MOTS and the transport company said it would go to the dealer today "depending on the driver's schedule". Even if it does get to the dealer today, I doubt they'll be doing any prep work on Saturday. So will probably be taking delivery early next week.
I wish I could, but I'm 5 hours away... Boooo

Any updates on CRD..(C299989)? Ordered 8/10, It's been stuck on JS. Moved a week ago from Hold.. nothing since.
Getting anxious from reading all the great reviews from everyone getting deliveries.. Looks Like I'll be showing up really late for the party :/

Thanks

Reorder with a different dealer. I've been running diesels since 2005, been waiting for this Jeep for two years. I'm not giving up on the SFU, just this SFU/dealer combination potentially. What really burns me is that the dealer I ordered from, I swore up and down, I would NEVER do business with again after they put GAS in the tank of our Jetta TDI a couple of years ago. That was done at a different location, but under the same dealership name. But, after I was referred to the Jeep dealer, they gave me a fair price, and are local, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
I've decided to stick it out with this/my SFU. It's one of the early, original builds. It's mine. But, I'm reaching out for some help. I'm still sitting, unloaded from the rail car in Hegewisch, IL since 11/02; 3 hours away from my house. Today, it has been sitting for two weeks in a lot no one can tell me anything about. Totally unheard of, at least with every SFU orderee on JeepGarage. My dealer has contacted the regional sales rep, but she seems to not have any sort of sense of urgency. I contacted Jeep customer support again this morning and pleaded with the gentlemen to PLEASE ping someone/anyone who can help. He said he couldn't.

I told the dealer I'm willing to hire, pay for a transporter myself to go and get it. He sent that message to her yesterday, no word back. I'm asking anyone who can help me in anyway get my vehicle on a semi. Whether you work at Jeep, have a contact, etc. - please contact them, me or both.

My wife is 7 months pregnant, had to cancel a road trip to her families in North Carolina for Thanskgiving due to not having the vehicle and furthermore no one being able to give me a date as to when it will arrive, etc. etc. You get the picture. This scenario is going from bad to worse.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I (and several others) have been going through Bremerton.

On my Overland SFU I paid $2,575.45 under invoice (inclusive of all destination and option charges).

On my Durango Citadel I paid $2,248.05 under invoice (inclusive of all destination and option charges).

They're all black interior unfortunately I believe. You can look them up on the dealer's website (Manhattan Jeep).

That was their opening price, where we started negotiations. And for a diesel on the ground right now, not an order. These things are not exactly sitting on lots everywhere you look just yet. My price was lower but I've withheld that because I'm a multiple repeat buyer and based on what I've seen here I think might be a little lower than what someone calling in cold would get. At any rate at the price point this isn't most folks first new car buying experience and they are aware that the first price is never their best?

Regardless it's funny you quoted me now because I was going to quote the post myself with an update. They called last night to tell me that car was a sold order and not available as they had thought. Not sure what to make of that. I've never had them pull any kind of shenanigans before so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for the moment.
