I was told to contact the insurance company for a supplement to the original claim. This claim is for additional $7000 for cat and filter. The insurance adjuster at first denied the claim saying the damaged to converter and exhaust filter not related to contaminated fuel. I had to get on phone with insurance and got on a three way call with adjuster. He agreed to pay for cat and filter only if dealer guarantees these repairs will solve the rough running problems. Dealer will not order parts or do repairs unless paid up front.
This is a lemon! No lemon law or not, dump this truck. Get with Chrysler and figure it out, no matter the LoE.
