Call us at 248-977-9531 and we can assist.

Regarding your drive pressure...Was this at full load and over what rpm range? You are already above the exhaust manifold pressure limit for valve spring float. Running this setup hard for extended periods of time are going to lead to bad problems down the road. The engine was not designed for your setup.

WOT, Full Load. It was always my assumption with DP vs Boost pressure if you maintain a ratio of 1:1 your in the clear because at any time the drive/boost pressures are balanced? There really is no time a cylinder is in "vacuum" so the cylinder pressure would always hold the valves shut. Also I've been told the drive pressure from our stock setup is excessively high due to the turbo being undersized, by adding a wastegate we have "fixed" the issue with flow on the stock charger.

Re: 2014 Overland EcoDiesel Compund Twin Turbo Install!

I have to agree with Keith on this. Cool but asking for trouble. Pay to play and it's a slippery slope. These aren't the HD trucks which are somewhat overbuild. A twin turbo diesel is just the shiznit, but it does push the envelope. I have a small twins set up on my 06 Cummins (moded stocker over a S400) and am only at 500hp, but I did studs and 90 valve springs. Trans was built a long time ago. I think a lot of "supporting" mods are necessary for this kind of thing. Mods that really don't exist in the ED world. I do have to admit, it's pretty awesome though. Wishing all the best of luck.
