Any updates from anyone running the AFE CAI? Anyone running the AFE with one of the tuner boxes like the Bluespark?
I run the AFE pro guard 7 intake with a GDE tune. Put both in since it had 100 miles. I don't really have much performance or economy data from stock, but can say that the Jeep has enough power to get out of it's own way at least. Actually, from a stop this thing launches. Brake and rev to 2k, lift the brake and hammer the go pedal and hold on.

I got one of these for my export and have had it for 1000km now. I'm happy with it. While I was pretty disappointed with the workmanship of the diffuser/airbox (pretty flimsy and mine got all bent out of shape during shipping) it has given me a place to mount my provent catchcan too and I think when I install my intercooler and new intercooler piping there will be improvements in throttle response for sure. I don't think any gain in torque will happen until full turbo exhaust and tune or tune atleast.
I may modify the box a bit also to enclose it in a bit more but the factory cold air snorkel does get refitted although mine is not a nice a fit. It's real sloppy as the whole is too big in the box.
I haven't hit any Aussie dust yet to see if any dirt gets past the dry filter but I think I might try and get a prefilter sock if they are available just in case for offroading. Any body have a link for one?

Finally came in and got around to installing it a couple weeks ago. Installation was a breeze. I love the intake. The GC finally sounds more like a turbo diesel. The intake noise is cool, but not obnoxious. It can be drowned out fairly easily with the radio volume.
