Would a DEF issue trigger a P0420 code twice? Not looking forward to the round and round game, with only 1 diesel tech that doesn't work on the weekend, it's hard to schedule appointments.

p0420 is one or two sensors. I had that exact same code on my 2015 Jeep, Dealer replaced 2 sensors that cured it. a cat replacement won't fix it my guess an OBD reader would tell you which sensor is out of range. either the front (before cat) or back (after cat) or both.

2015 GCD, 12/14 build, 21k miles, no problems. Vehicle does not do many short trips. Normal trip is 20+ miles. Vehicle sits 4 out of 7 days. Have made multiple long trips (700+ miles). Averaging 28.1 to 31 mpg, depending on time of year and length of trip.
