LOL... I had more grief and aggravation dealing with the outfit (who I don't remember) that handled my buyback several years ago. This was a done deal with Chrysler before they even got the paperwork to process. They acted like the money was coming out of their own pocket. One phone call to Chrysler got quite a change in attitude from them. From that point things went smoothly.

Don't be scared to call Chrysler if this ISG outfit starts dragging their feet or giving you the runaround.

Thanks will do. This whole thing has been a run around. Im about to lawyer up and just go for a refund from Chrysler. It's getting to darn hard being a loyal customer.

Just hang there you'll get what you want, I had to bitch and fight a little but I got what I wanted.




Good luck and keep us posted on any updates, oh I would test drive and inspect the hell out of the replacement SRT

I've had good luck with ISG. They have answered my email and calls promptly. I also got that old message, but left a message anyway and was called back the same day.

They are more of a coordinator. So they are really at the mercy of other parties. Just be patient, they are doing a lot of these right now and are in damage control.

I'm about 10 days away from my final repurchase check. It's going to be bittersweet returning it.

Thanks. I feel like they're trying to wear me down. I haven't had my SRT since March 12th. I called yesterday to see if I could pick it up, but they were I. The middle of installing a new rear diff and axle shafts. Apparently nobody from Chrysler had called them and told them to stop trying to fix it. My attitude right now is they might as well keep trying, maybe it'll help the next guy with his problem.

Could I ask to whom at Chrysler you addressed your letter? Our EcoDiesel has been in the shop for a total of four weeks in the first year (will be one year of ownership in a week or so). Went into limp home mode on the freeway at 70mph today and left me stranded. I can't risk having my wife deal with a similar scenario. I really love the truck but today's event just pushed me over the edge.

I started by returning the card that was included with my manual. I followed up with a phone call to Customer support to let them know it was coming.
