Diesel Fuel Adapter...

For those rare occasions that a station only has the "large" diesel pump nozzle, is there a such thing as an aftermarket adapter for filling the smaller opening fuel port?

Found this:

Amazon.com: TDI Diesel Fuel Nozzle Adapter: Automotive

Anyone think this would work with our trucks and get past the second fuel port valve?

Re: Diesel Fuel Adapter...

I bought one for my Jeep. It works, but be careful with it. It also bypasses the auto shutoff, so it can be a real mess if you're not careful.

Re: Diesel Fuel Adapter...

You are right. When I have to use it I never fill up, just enough to get me to another station. That doesn't happen very often.
