Yes, and remember that the Maximum Care is a matter of exclusions, so that list you have was "including, but not limited to". I haven't seen any "max care horror stories" on forums: people seem to be satisfied with Mopar Max Care unlike those third-party scam "warranties" dealers try to shill.

Yes, but those parts are covered by the 0 deductible 8 year/80k mile emissions warranty.
From my perspective, because a diesel max care service plan lasts at most 8 years/120k miles, people would only potentially come up short on a DPF failure if their vehicle had >80k and <120k miles in under 8 years, because after 8 years or 120k miles the max care contract has expired anyway and *nothing* is covered.
Besides, that would be my excuse for a DPF delete (haha).
