Chrysler rep contact?

Does anyone know how to contact a Chrysler rep? I've had nothing but problems with my vehicle since new and dealers have been unable to resolve (uConnect and DEF/Cat issues). Maybe I got a lemon, but I'm really regretting my decision to purchase this vehicle.

You can call Auburn Hills yourself but the only way you are going to get to the actual Chrysler Dealer Rep is through a dealer. Remember the job of the front line telephone answers at Auburn Hills is to keep you from getting to a higher up. They can make star cases until there is a deep freeze but until Chrysler and the Dealer are on the same page and cooperating with each other nothing will ever happen. You can always go the Suits route too but Chrysler has a much bigger legal department than you can afford.

I've contacted them regarding the inflated cost of their "made in China" paper Mopar filters for our Ecodiesels and I didn't even get acknowledged.

Update - Dick Hannah in Vancouver was able to remedy my issues. My uConnect problems were due to faulty hardware so they replaced by radio. My DEF issues were due to a faulty cat, which was also replaced. It took maybe a week because they had to order the radio but they provided me with a loaner car. Great experience with this dealer.

Guaranteed the cat issues or smog component issues will arise again. It's just in the design. Diesel these days are just being strangled by the epa.
