Update - Dick Hannah in Vancouver was able to remedy my issues. My uConnect problems were due to faulty hardware so they replaced by radio. My DEF issues were due to a faulty cat, which was also replaced. It took maybe a week because they had to order the radio but they provided me with a loaner car. Great experience with this dealer.
