condensation/moisture in Headlights

Only noticed it tonight but both headlights are effected. is this common or how bad does it have to be to get fixed?

Re: condensation/moisture in Headlights

It will go away on its own. Very common, not just in Jeeps. Drive with your headlights on for a while. These are vented, not sealed, light systems.

Mine had it when I first got it. Went away after 2 weeks.

Re: condensation/moisture in Headlights

I have a 2006 Lexus RX400H. Lexus just replaced both of the headlights under warranty due to moisture. They extended all warranties on the headlights till Oct. 2015. It seemed to be a problem in a lot of their cars. But a little bit of moister is normal since they are vented.
