Dash back button

Can someone tell me what the "BACK" button does? It's on the dash below the uconnect screen. I've looked in the owners manual and can't locate an explanation.

I've pushed it with the ignition on, vehicle running, and it doesn't seem to do anything. What am I missing? I'm only 6 weeks into owning my JGC limited eco. Still learning a lot. Wireman

Re: Dash back button

The back button is used to return to a previous U-Connect menu or screen.

Edited to add...

The "<" arrow on the U-Connect screen itself does the same thing. These are explained in both the U-Connect and Owners manuals.

Re: Dash back button

Mines works to switch video input from back up cam and front cam or video source.

Compliments of RAX JB.

Re: Dash back button

Thanks for the replies. I figured it had something to do with uconnect. Didn't know the back arrow had to be displayed. I figured it would go back to your previous screen displayed whether the back arrow was present or not.

Learn a little more each day. Thanks Wireman
