Re: DEF injector broke..

Got the JGC back on Friday. Went back up to Utah to hang with friends go shooting and go over business plans! Super happy! Dom. I have tackled that same puddle man times and guess what! My DEF isn’t broken! So I now have proof absolutely that the same driving habits with your plate = protection! So had I just actually installed your plate I would have saved myself an additional $800... Oh btw while here my wife went into labor and we have a little girl! So I am now a first time daddy! And the JGC is what got me to the hospital in record time down a mountain! Oh and I hate that puddle at like 60 and the DEF was fine!

This is flat out unacceptable. Mud should not void a warranty.

Axiom: The JGC is Trail Rated.
Fact: Mud on undercarriage voids warranty.
Conclusion: Trails never have any mud. (I'm guessing they're all paved somehow)

Oh yeah...just reviewed that document. Perfect. I'm glad Jeep solved that issue for us.

Anyone want to purchase my DEFI Protection plate? I can see now that it is unnecesary with the TSB applied.

Re: DEF injector broke..

My local service dept called today and said that they have received the replacement DEF injector to address the P20EE. I will take it in next week to have them replace the DEF injector and apply the zip tie TSB. However, the P20EE has been gone for about 300 miles.
