I do oil analysis and will post results when I do. I for one will only use what is certified until other suppliers get certification. Engine is too expensive to screw around with any other oil in the US than approved Mobil and Pennzoil...
Can you tell us what they are selling for...?

Yes my other concern is that the Rotella and many others aren't even the correct weight rating.

You can change the length of time between deliveries w/the subscription - stretch it up to 6 months.

Re: EcoDiesel Which Oil Will You Use

My dealer said you should only use Pennzoil Euro oil. They won't use anything else - something about the tolerances in the engine require this kind of oil.

Mobil 1 ESP for sure, I wouldn't put penzzoil in my mower after seeing what an engine torn apart in auto mechanics that was running on it looked like. Talk about sludge

Mobil 1 ESP 5w-30 does meet the Chrysler criteria.

Link / source? How do we know that the Mobil 1 ESP is better? Not doubting you, I always like Mobil 1, just curious.

The service manager at the dealer I bought it from made it seem if you don't run the Pennzoil oil they recommend it will cause problems. I normally don't run Pennzoil or Mobile 1 but ran Liqui Moly oil in my previous CRD.

Re: EcoDiesel Which Oil Will You Use

My dealer had Pennzoil Euro L in stock when I went in for my first oil change.

Re: EcoDiesel Which Oil Will You Use

Had my first oil change today, dealer used Penzoil Ultra L 5w-30 according to the part# on my invoice, sounds like it is what's recommended so I'm good with that. Just glad they used the correct oil...
