But I wouldn't run anything that "fools" am ecm.
Great explanation. Thanks.

Here's a video of a tuner running a GC Ecodiesel on a dyno. Looks promising...

Did you order one? Any comments views on how it works?

This is not the first offering for this, supposedly Celtic Tuning, UK; is offering this capability thru a US rep (Stang678) I think.
I have pm'd with him but never fully get the questions answered, as some others have.
Looking fwd to a programming feature coming to the market to improve the JGC.

Looking at ordering the Steinbauer box for tuning - regardless of/if dpf/scr delete becomes available. 3x the money of the Bluespark, but IMO a more correct way of tuning, they do not mess with the rail pressure, is adjustable and offers a remote switch (hardwire or wireless) to turn tuning on or off.

Any update on when something will be available for the masses?
Also, any update on some off road tuning (EGR/SCR/DEF delete)?

Thank you.

Re: Full custom tuning in the works

Green Diesel Engineering (GDE) for short is making a tune for the Ram 1500 ED which the owner said can quickly be done to the WK2 ED. No date confirmed as of yet and no info on their website as of yet. I had this tune on my WK diesel and it simply was awesome bumping up MPG and HP / TQ and getting rid of lag. Came with tuner box so you could change tunes anytime.
