Unfortunately I think a certain tribal music in our pop culture has those frequencies already. Can't stand it personally.

Harleys have a certain vibration and low frequency. I conducted personal studies and it seems to work fairly well.

A different engine indeed but I believe the sound generator attempts to mimic that v8 note. Hear it below:

The Maserati engine still has solenoid injectors but they have a different nozzle flow characteristic compared to the ones used on the North American VM engines. It also has a different turbocharger (frame size, bearing type, and trims) as well as an exhaust system with much lower backpressure. Additionally, the twin-CAC system of the Maserati has a lower pressure loss meaning the turbo has to work less hard to deliver the same pressure.

It's all ball bearings nowadays.

So given that you must have some knowledge on such things (what with your use of acronym abbreviations and the like), any thoughts on whether any of these racey bits might be applicable to our machine?

an air box? Man, I wish we could get an oversized air box. IMHO ours is undersized and the filter is junk with all the cracking issues.

Then it will work on ours.

And I will never run a pressure box on any vehicle.

So stay away from boxes that add rail pressure.
Can you list those that are / will be available? TIA

Don't most of these piggy-back tuners add fuel via injector pulse width, NOT rail pressure? If the latter, I agree-- thanks but no thanks.

Plenty of ECU tunes add fuel pressure as well. If I understand correctly, rail pressure is typically programmed to rise with rpm so lower rpm can have gains while not exceeding safe limits at high rpm. Maybe our CR system is different. I'd love to hear from someone who knows.

Well you need to increase rail pressure to supply the new demand for the longer pulse. If you don't you'll drain the rail.
And with a mechanical pump the rail pressure will naturally increase with RPM (pending FPR)...

But I wouldn't run anything that "fools" am ecm.
