Re: green diesel engineering tune

Okay guys the posts are getting uglier by the minute.

Let's just all calm down and put things into perspective than aggressive.

Rather than attack each other don't you think we need the perspective of GDE as to why he isn't being given a refund. We've heard his aggressive side which at this point has been fed up dealing with the company, what about GDE's side?

Do you deny or just not understand the DPF and SCR emissions equipment goes leaps and bounds beyond an antiquated technology that did little to reduce harmful diesel emissions. Passing an emissions test is such a low bar. EGR only equipped diesel engines are associated with harmful health and environment impacts, hence the addition of the latest emission equipment.

Look, I could go on all night with this entertainment, but you're boring now. However, you've made yourself look like a fool enough, which was the point of all this, and it's painfully obvious you are either too lazy or stupid to research/understand modern diesel emission equipment.

Why not just file a dispute with your credit card company? You returned the product yet were not refunded. Pretty cut and dry, provided you have proof you actually DID return the product...

...and even purchased the tune in the first place. I do recall reading that they actually had the tailpipe emissions tested with the tune. I suspect Keith is putting together a carefully crafted response as we speak. You are the lone outlier.

Re: green diesel engineering tune

No need to compare anything with each other. Let's just accept the fact that there are people who are not happy with the performance claim of the product according to their use. Let's assume there are more happy consumers than unhappy ones. And if this is truly a legitimate claim of being unhappy then I don't see why GDE will not issue the refund promptly upon receiving the product.

If the poster has legitimate claims, has returned the product, has proof of return and acknowledgement, I would file with my credit card and the BBB to begin with for proper arbitration.

As you can see he isn't getting support in this forum with all the hate spewing around.

Trufax. Just remember the "report" button exists for trolls like him.

BTW, asserting GDE tried to cheat him out of a refund that they never had to offer in the first place doesn't seem like a very credible narrative. Furthermore, last I checked this is the WK2 EcoDiesel subforum, not the Jeep Liberty subforum. He would be well advised to constrain himself to posting in relevant forums rather than shopping his copypasta rant anywhere he can on the internet in an attempt to smear GDE, as google reveals that he has (predictably) done.

Hopefully he will be able to become more introspective and also to attain better anger management in the future.

Although, as we've visualized today, the old adage is still true: there is just no fixing stupid, I still love the GDE tune in my JGC and my Ram.

1. I installed the product thinking that it was good for the environment as they try to play it off.
2. After some research into what they actually do, the product is the exact opposite as being good for the environment. There is substantial increase in pollutants by using this product. They should get rid of their deceitful name.
3. After doing my research and giving the installation some time, I decided that maybe there would be enough increase in the MPG to justify the increase in pollutants. I graphed out my MPG for about a month and compared the results with MPG I was receiving prior to installing. The results with my Jeep Liberty was equal and therefore not worth the installation. The MPG after the installation was within the statistical error. Therefore the installation not only pollutes more, it will NOT make up for the additional pollutants by increasing the MPG.
4. I sent my results to the douche bag Keith by an email. He said I could return the product. So I reinstalled my old program because in my state, I would never in a million years pass the emissions testing with this doo doo product in my car. I mailed it back. 3 weeks later, still no refund. Douche bag Keith is claiming that I never reinstalled the old product, which is complete horse doo doo. Why would I want to fail the emissions and have my car be deemed un-driveable. Without the uploader, I cannot even cheat the emission system. They obviously are encouraging owners to cheat the emission testing with their product. Which I have notified my state of.
So GDE, go *&^^&* yourself. Your product is doo doo and damages the environment.
Your research wasn't very scientific and you can't keep the tune and expect your money back. Geez.
