I second that. They have a good shape for a flare but just look really cheap with the faux bolts.

I love the longer wrangler, too: https://twitter.com/RoadandTrack/sta...390337/photo/1
Diesel Wrangler back on the table? Looks like if they do go ahead with it, will be a 2.8 4 cylinder same as the concept vehicle.

It's been confirmed by a well-known print auto magazine that's the wrangler is getting the 3.0L/8-spd combo that's in the GC/Ram

Re: Jeep Easter Safari Overland-er GC EcoDiesel

If wrangler gets the 3.0/ZF combo Jeep won't be able to keep up the demand. Still think the Eco diesel GC is best "do everything" vehicle out there. But I am a little biased.

So did they disable the air suspension? Really curious how they fit those tires...either that or they swapped the air-ride with one that gives a bigger lift and can be overrode?

The Car and Driver article said the system was an inch higher to begin with. Then they opened up the wheel-wells to fit the bigger tires. It would be nice to be able to accommodate those bigger tire without rubbing potential.
