Agreed about the EGR and considering the GDE tune. According to GDE, the only negative to emissions is slightly higher NOx, but not enough to fail emissions testing. They claim it will pass emissions in all 50 states.

My worry is the warranty. I have horrible luck and the moment I put it in, I'd have a problem and they'd discover the tune and void the warranty.
