On my wife's Ford Flex, the paddles both do the same thing, so it doesn't matter which one you use. Push it to down shift and pull it to up shift. The paddles are way better quality on the Grand Cherokee, but I like the implementation better on the Flex.

I sued BMW over my brake dust too....Got a free weekend with the St Pauli's Girl. Sure beat free Weinerschnitzel.

Every morning she would ask:

I hit it all the times when making fast wheel movements. You have to hit the green button to cancel the voice.
