Location of Intake Air Temp Sensor 3/ new dtc code

I have been having an issue with my new 2014 Ecodiesel Grand Cherokee and I was hoping I might get some insight here.

Primary Question: Any ideas where the Intake Air Temperature Sensor 3 is located on the Ecodiesel?

Background:

I have 1000 miles on it and it has been throwing an error code "P00EA" on an intermittent basis that sets off the "Service Electronic Throttle Control" warning and reduces power.

I have taken it to my local dealer once. They performed a few RRTs on it and said it was fixed. On my way home it set the same error. I have been tracking the data via a scanner and have some interesting data on it.

Intake Air Temperature Bank 1 Sensor 3 has been very erratic. Going from 70 degrees to 450 degrees for short amounts of time. The dealer didn't figure the problem out and I would like to take a look at the sensor connections myself. However, I'm not sure if "Sensor 3" is part of the MAF sensor on the air intake right after the filter or not. The specific DTC "P00EA" didn't even show up on multiple list of codes I could find online. The only spot I could find it was in a blog referencing Duramax Diesel engines.

Any ideas where the Intake Air Temperature Sensor 3 is located on the Ecodiesel?

Do you drive with both feet (i.e. accelerate with right and brake with the left) or have wide feet? I had this problem and found that if you have your foot on both the throttle and brake it will throw this code and won't stop until you remove your foot and wait a second - then the message will go away and it will drive normally.

Thanks for the reply. But no I don't ever do that. The actual IAT sensor is reporting ongoing temperature spikes when I view live data while driving. So the code is reacting to the temperature reading correctly.

Is your scanner reporting in Celsius? 70 C would be about right for somewhere after the turbo while anything pre-turbo should be the same as ambiant and may be in F. Maybe that would narrow it down.

It is reporting in F. Good to know about the difference in pre turbo though. It actually just threw more codes last night regarding turbo under boost. So it is back to the dealer.
