But do you NEED to put it in Sport mode? Why not just turn off Eco via the button and head out? Basically, my question is: are there potentially three tranny modes - Eco, Regular, and Sport?
I just put it in Sport when towing so that it holds gears longer and will go up to 2,200 RPM before shifting. Easier on the tranny. Though I've not tried to simply turn off the Eco button when towing so I'll try that soon. Need to tow a John Deere Diesel tractor with front loader next week (that's a 4,500 lb beast plus a 2k lb trailer).
