Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Well just got my truck back with the new cat. No MIL on the way home so I'm hopeful my truck behaves as all of those others that have received this part.

Good luck everyone

No news yet, no CEL either after about ~300kms since last reset. Although I noticed a change for the better since the tranny flash update. How's yours ?

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Oh no, a case manager called back well within 24 hrs. Funny thing is, he asked me how I knew you and gave me your name... I couldn't confirm your name since I only knew your forum userID, but I said if you are case manager T, then I'm the John you've been warned about. Hehe... That was last Friday morning. Haven't heard anything since... But that's only 2.5 days ago.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

That's good, so, it took 5 days approx before I received an email from him advising me that my dealer was receiving the part and to call them to make appointment. So, you should be receiving an email shortly!

Jeep still at the dealer and they are stumped and so is Chrysler. Called Chrysler and got a case manager and he has been WORHTLESS. Talking to the dealer now about what is involved in the buy back process. Service manager seems to think that might be our next option. Joy! TO makes thing worse the serving dealer is not the dealer we bought from. We have been lead to believe that the dealer we bought from is going to have to do the buy back. More joy.... I guess they would have to tow it over there.

This really sucks, I hope you get resolution fast...will they try to re-flash? change sensors on the ABS? something? I'd be curious to know what they have tried so far...or Just looked at it sitting in the lot type of work? Keep us posted on what happens...good luck!

They have supposedly done lots of part swapping and program flashing. Lights will go out and then on a 5-10 minute test drive they pop back up. We have even suggest the 4X4 wheel hub assembly based on a post here with a similar issue. I believe we are waiting on the area Chrysler service tech to schedule a time to come look at it again. He was suppose to call them today. We shall see. Suckiest part is that no one will ever call us. We have to call and leave message after message. Wait for days. Then we get a call saying they are still working on it. You have a loaner right?
