My new jeep has been sitting at the dealership for a week now. Still waiting for ISG to get their stuff together.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Well HOLY CRAPOLY...my service advisor called to say that the SCR cat and gasket are now in. I think it was only ordered about 72 hours ago.. I didn't even get a chance to pester them...he called me. He said I'll need a loaner for a day and he will have one ready. This service dept. (Countryside Chrysler) in Essex ON. has always been competent whenever I had to deal with them. I'll be out of town until Tues. so now they are waiting on me go figure....

Good to hear, wapshuffle, I too have had good service in San Jose, CA at Jeep of Stevens Creek.

Same here. Chrysler Care called and left a message and said they would see what they could do to help. They did say that they would be giving us a service contract as part of the vehicle swap. Not sure what they are going to give us but I am going to ask for some oil changes and lifetime extended warranty. We shall see.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Hey guys, 2014 black Overland ECO DEEZL with 16,000 miles software updates done at 12k mi and ZERO PROBLEMS here...

Was driving yesterday when CEL illuminated. Drove home and plugged in OB2 reader and it pulled the P20EE code. (SCR DEF below threshold Bank 1)

Only used MOPAR DEF bought from dealer.

Going to drop the jeep off at Allen Samuels Chrystler here in Dallas/Fort Worth area on MONDAY MAY18.

Will report back on status of repair.

Wise words. I'm at 12299 miles, 2013 build. This is my 4th Check engine light and 3rd time in for service for it. I was always patient and let them do what they needed to do. This time I talked to the service manager and told him it's time for a permanent fix. He said we'll call Chrysler, get their feedback, and do what they say. Well, they ordered the parts. The service coordinator said a 1 week wait at first, but in the same breath stretched it to 2 weeks. I'll call them at the end of May if it's not in. BTW, they said no driveability issues.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

""" Sorry in advance for a long report, and everything else ***
Hello Folks.

I am new to this site, and my car is one of the victim for this MIL & P20EE issue. The car (2014 Limited 4x4, 12,400 miles, fully loaded options) has been stayed at dealer for 40+ days(04/02 - 05/15) for tons of parts replaced (catalyst converter, temp sensors, injectors, fuel tube, road test...). There are many trips back and forth to dealer prior to this 40+ days. Dealer called me to pick it up this morning, and i could not remember how it looked anymore. Service adviser handed me its repair history and confirmed for the MIL & P20EE fixed. I was so excited to drive it again, it was so dirty inside/outside the car. There was no car wash as CA water drought. I drove it immediately to car wash place near by with a request for special hand wash full services. After leaving the car wash, I was so happy to drive it to work. I did stop by Startbuck to get myself a large frapuchino drink, and continue on the way to work with my favorite radio station. All of the sudden, there was a ding sound with the famous orange engine icon . I yelled "F **K x 100000 times" so loud in the car. I did scare the car next to me, he gave me a stupid look. Anyway, I brought it back to dealer, and asked them to take a look at it again. The service adviser refused to take it back until I called FCA to authorize for the repair.... After many phone calls to FCA/dealer, I'm heading back to dealer now to drop it off again.

Thank so much for your valuable time to read my "F***ING" Friday picking up my car story.

Mushu

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

I just can't believe FCA is not issuing a recall, this is getting insane...anytime I meet someone locally that has a 2014 Eco, I ask them...'' like the truck? '' and the reply is...well except the trips to the dealer for the DEF system...seriously, so many have the issue and are not on here voicing it out...So, yeah I know and understand why they might be hesitant to do so, but god...this is a wide spread issue...

MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

I love my Eco diesel sooooo much. When it runs. Lol. You guys are hilarious.

"Love my Ecodiesel. Great drivetrain. If I had to do it all over again I'd get the same thing. 13,500 trouble free (haven't been to dealer for anything since purchase, changed oil twice myself) miles." Sound familiar Wiz?

My car has NEVER stopped running. This P20EE error is nothing more than an annoyance, kinda like you - a pimple on my a$$. What I said then I still say now. I love it, and would buy it all over again.

Exactly what is your problem anyway? You didn't buy one, don't need to be here, GET LOST! You sound very, very jealous.
