Which prompts the question: for those of us who had the RRT applied before the encountering any P20EE, but after having driven 10+k miles, just how screwed up is our cat compared to you guys who got fresh replacement cats? That is, presuming the software fix stops further damage but is unable to reverse damage already done.
I guess I really don't care about what comes out of the tailpipe (i.e. I don't care whether the cat is poisoned and is spewing noxious fumes), but I *do* care if this near-failure is increasing backpressure and robbing my vehicle of fuel efficiency.
