What do you mean? Illinois has 2 and Minnesota has 4 B20 stations. California has many, and South Dakota has 0.

Illinois for few years now is B20 minimum at all pumps; Minnesota just became B20 minimum in May of 2015.

Echo7Tango, This is one of the clubs I'm glad I was kicked out of . Looking at your signature line, I take it you haven't had any reoccurrences since the cat was replaced? I'm about to depart on a +3K mile road trip and really don't want to deal with this is some far away land.

Correct, I'm at 19K and no recurrence. Hopefully you'll be okay on your road trip.

I was in the club for a while, and hopefully I've left it for good!

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Was offered a buy out. Will be taking that offer as well as a new Hemi JGC. My days in the SFU are over. Great vehicle that couldn't stay out of the barn (dealership). Best of luck to everyone here with their vehicles. Peace

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Mine has been in the dealership for the CAT replacement less than one day. I think I have an outstanding dealership and they jumped on this for me and had it back the next day. I can't complain about mine. The CAT is something that Jeep should have recalled since it is piecemeal method which isn't good.
Best of luck. My experience with the Hemi was right at 15 mpg mixed while the Diesel is pulling in 25 mpg same route.
Love the power of the Hemi however...

Dropped it off at the dealer this morning for the P20EE for the 4th time. See what they say.

Got a call it was done by 4:30. Picked it up to see they replaced the cat and gasket, steering column TSB, oil line TSB and about 3 flash updates. Not bad!

Starting with fresh cat at 15,7xx miles.

I finally got Chrysler Care to give me my 7yr/100K zero deductible warranty they promised and they threw in 3yrs/6 oil changes. It took over a month of calling, leaving messages, and sending emails. Everyone I talked with would drop the ball. It was crazy until one lady named Tiana listened and took control. Just a few days later and for the warranty I purchased on the 2014. The old selling dealer is not returning phone calls or emails. That BS has been going on over a month now too.
On the bright side the new 2015 V8 4X2 is running great. A lot more power and none of the jerky turbo lag and transmission shifting. MPG are way done but at least we get to drive it and it is not sitting at the service department.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

DAMN - my MIL came on the other day, Friday, on a 300 mile drive. The dealer had just done my 20K service, and I had the car for a week. I hadn't seen the MIL in six months. I don't have a reader to tell what code it was. I hope it's not P20EE (I might have to change my signature).

Yesterday (Saturday), the MIL was off. Hopefully that is good news. Gotta get me a code reader, though!

I have to go back to the dealer anyway so I'll have them read the code.

Echo7,

Just curious see if it is a code P1297. I have had this before, ONLY once since the SCR replacement in Jan. It clears itself fairly quickly, within a day or two. When I had an oil change last month the dealer applied Service Bulletin 18-023-15 Rev. and it hasn't come back. That PCM patch covered a multitude of mil codes.

FWIW P1297 indicates EGR SLOW RESPONSE-DECREASING FLOW. The ECM is sensing the EGR flow is less than the requested flow. It is possibly caused by air filter blockage, air restriction (air intake, crankcase vent or turbo related tubes...restrictions, damaged or poor connections), air leakage(dealer has a smoke machine that introduces smoke via the Inlet Pressure Sensor port...after removing the I.P.S. and visually looking for escaping smoke), checking the EGR Cooler and Tubes for excessive carbon buildup, damage, leaks......anything the prevents or restricts proper exhaust gas flow. If everything so far is negative: Replace the EGR Valve. Hopefully yours was a software bug like mine. Good Luck.

I haven't been back yet, don't know what the code was. The MIL hasn't reappeared either, so that's good. Will check that though, thanks.

I was a little distracted - we had to put our dog down, she was 11 years old, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, dark brown. She had cancer. Damn I miss my Dusty Rose, what a great companion she was, and she loved going on road trips with us. DAMN.
