Mine went in for 2nd MIL P20EE less than a week after 1st MIL at 21700 miles. Dealer order all parts 2nd time in, cat was in stock, and I get it back today only 3 days out of service total... If that is all it takes to get this P20 EE saga behind me I am happy....
I just had mine replaced two weeks ago so I'm assuming it's the latest revision of the part. Not even 350 miles later and it's already a problem again.

Took wifes overland in, parts ordered should be here tomorrow. This better fix the issue, or else we are considering going with the Lexus or Inifinity that were #2 and #3 on our list when we bought.

4 mil lights and 3 trips to dealer so far. We're trying to remain positive and optimistic, but dang it's hard......

Not that it makes it right from FCA's standpoint, but a GDE tune makes P20EE a worry of the past. Just sayin'!

I guess we were lucky to get buy backs when we did. It seems like it is now inevitable have this issue.

Is your vehicle a 2014? Is this problem a 2014 issue. I don't see any 2015's having this issue. I have a 2015 and keep waiting when the MIL is going to get me.

Re: MIL & P20EE again & again & again...

Had my 3rd visit today to the dealership!

So, they are replacing the cat convertor finally. Now from what I have been reading on this thread, that may or may not solve the issue. To be replaced later next week!

On another note (and probably another thread), they had to order parts for my cruise control (the 'RES' function did not work and it kept shutting the cruise off).

By the way, with the MIL light on, I had no real issues and went with the family on a 2100km (1305mi) round trip to the mountains.

As for mileage when this started being an issue, it would have been approximately 16,000km (might have posted that earlier). I am at 21230km now.

That HAS to be a dealer issue.. Any resonably savvy dealer is well aware of this problem and what it takes to solve it....
Mine was a total of 3 days out of service for the entire issue..1st visit got all updates same day and sent home. MIL came back next day. Went in the following Monday, Called that afternoon and said need new CAT, will be here in the morning. Picked up Tues afternoon, cat installed, no more MIL, no charges, and we move on...
Unless it somehow keeps coming back, I see no reason to start shopping, lemon law etc.... But I sure as heck would want some dang good explanation/compensation for 7 weeks !

The Jeep was already scheduled to go back to the dealer because I discovered the "brown sludge" in my coolant expansion tank and it has been running hot while I'm towing.

On top of that, I discovered the CV axle boots are leaking after they slinged grease all down the side of the vehicle.

So less than two weeks back from the dealer service and I now have 3 issues that need to be addressed.

I love this vehicle but I'm getting very frustrated. I'm considering filing a Lemon Law claim and joining a class action suit a local attorney mailed to me. This is getting ridiculous.
For the CV boots, did you visually inspect them? They could get damaged by road debris, or they might not have been installed correctly. If the latter, it would be a little odd to have more than one fail. If the former, that's not lemon law fodder.

I don't know that it is always the same issue. SCR was replaced and the last issue was a DPF module. This is the 5th check engine light on this service visit.

Certainly going to start looking at options this week.
