Finally got the call from my dealer that my cat is in. Took about a month and a half for it to arrive. I have a service appointment for Thursday for install. I'm crossing my fingers I have positive news to report Thursday evening.

Well, I can tell you that the new TSB-18-023-15, after 200km, gave me a P20EE error again. Yup, this am, driving away and DINNNNNGGGGGGG, there it was! So, as soon as you have the dealer order the part and tell you that it's backorder and that they have no ETA from FCA...tell them, thank you and see you soon....then call FCA customer assistance care in Canada, ask to get a Case manager assigned to you ASAP. Send me a PM, I'll give you the one that was given, maybe you can ask for him. My CAT was placed on order the 9th of March by the dealer...I waited 1 week before calling FCA directly...then, it took 5 days or so to get the part in to my dealer...

My update: I'm at 14K miles now, that's 2,700 miles since the cat fix, and so far so good, no MIL or P20EE code. I hope that's a solid fix and stays that way.

Kudos to my dealership, Stevens Creek Jeep in San Jose CA, and to the guys who work there. I'm pretty happy with the way they took care of me.

It took 4 service visits to fix P20EE (dates & mileage to the shop):
- 2014-06-12 @ 3,767 miles
- 2014-11-25 @ 9,395 miles
- 2015-01-12 @11,006 miles
- 2015-01-19 @11,241 miles

Then:
- 2015-01-28 @ 11,295 miles is when I picked up my JGC from the shop - an extended visit because they also fixed my misaligned gas nozzle cover.

Phil and John and others, I hope you guys get yours resolved soon enough.

Thanks for the update Echo, I got a new error this morning, still had the P20EE but now also have a P2BA9...which not sure yet what it is, need to search on it...my dealer is doing the swap of the CAT tomorrow 8AM....

Update, new CAT has been installed, Injector and CAT were totally clogged, I took some pictures, will post later...I am still waiting for the dealer to force a Regen and check sensors....I'll report back later! - This dealer has been VERY good and attentive...lets see if this solves my issues...

Glad to hear you got this all fixed up! Interesting how the CAT was clogged up. Maybe MPG's/performance will have a bump with this new one cleaned out.

Yeah, the injector was like a mushroom! Crystallized DEF like no tomorrow, the CAT was full of white dust ( Dried DEF ), packed tight inside! The intake where the injector sits was also very clogged. In the pic, you can see the DEF crystals, we actually pushed and got some lose from that entry point. Anyhow, the service tech, tried to get FCA to also change the injector, they said, as is. So we cleaned the injector, re-attached and forced a REGEN. Tested the sensors, Front and back. All tested as ok. Pressure DEF sent from injector was also ok at 30ml...DEF also tested at 32.5% Which I was told was dead on. Dealer even refilled the DEF tank no charge...AND, checked my AIR filter, to notice more tears in the seal and swapped it, again. 2nd time in less than 11K miles! Told them that I'd be back for my new filter AGAIN in 2K miles....thank you very much....

Happy to read the new cat is installed ! Hope you can now enjoy the GC as you should have from day one ! However, I can't help but wonder how the injector and its intake could be so clogged with dried DEF. I believe one of your posts said it had only been 200k between visits, and a couple weeks waiting for the new Cat since the last. I can only assume they didn't pull the injector on those last visits, otherwise they would have cleaned it, at least a little, no ? How long at it been since they did the last injector/DEF test ? I ask, because everytime I drove mine to the shop they did a DEF test (!). So much so that I lost it this week when I saw the guy looking for a measuring cup after taking the injector off the Cat. They had tested, flushed and refilled (to half point) the DEF only 7 days ago !! That's when the service manager had a chat with his mecanic, and came back to me confirming they were ordering a new Cat...

I suspect that they had never or at least not since the 2nd MIL P20EE error unplugged / inspected or cleaned the injector. I will ask next time I'm there! Which I hope will not be so soon!

You should of seen the qty of crystallized DEF dust that was comming out the CAT when we shook it...

My injector was clean this week. But then, they played with it so much lately, it couldn't possibly be dirty. I wonder about the inside of the Cat though... I figure it must be pretty bad. This P20EE triggers for a reason, right ?! I will find out soon enough now. I did call FCA btw. Waiting to hear back from a case manager. Thanks for your help on that.
