Re: PCV line / Oil Catch can

Last night I noticed that the outlet pipe had separated from the catch-can, on close inspection my bracket had failed.

I made another which is thicker, what has me scratching my head is that I had no codes thrown? So this suggests that total EGR blanking wouldn't either..???

If you don't have your EGR tuned off by GDE or the equivalent, it will through a code of you put blocker plates on. If you put it on you will get a code for sure.

And to everyone cleaning their EGR diffuser, it really isn't making a difference. I guess it's "cool" simple maintenance to do, but if you don't have your EGR turned off its a waste. It will fill back up in a 100 miles.

The only one I was aware of that worked without the gde tune was the Berger motorsports n54. Every other through a code
