SB 09-006-15 Need help/advice
I'm experiencing the shuddering/fishbite issues covered in Service Bulletin 09-006-15. I scheduled an appointment this morning with my dealership and was called a few hours later and told to come pick up my Jeep.
In short, all they did was the latest safety recall and told me they "didn't feel anything like I described" and that "I would have go along with the shop foreman so that he could feel the shuttering." Great, but here's the problem....it doesn't do it all the time. But when I do feel the shuttering, it's violent and disturbing. I also explained to him that, according to the service bulletin, it clearly states that it's difficult to reproduce.
Seems that they'll only help me if they can experience the shaking and shuttering.
Where do I go from here? Advice, tips? Thanks.
