Still have tranny problems

So still getting some pretty rough shifts. I've had all the flashes and took it in for a relearn.

Do we have the same trannys as the gas guys? I've read the next step is replacing the valve body and then going as far as the whole transmission.

Honestly, I'm about to trade this thing in....

Have you tried having the fluid changed?

Re: Still have tranny problems

It is the same as used in the hemi and is typically noted for very smooth reliable operation. I would suggest going to the dealership and request to drive a diesel of hemi. Then if the transmission is smooth which it should be request the service adviser ride in that vehicle then yours. That gives you ground for a valid complaint.

Re: Still have tranny problems

I did do a drive a long and the guy said "well that just how the transmission is, sometimes it has hard time handling the torque". ...well how about I am not even accelerating. Not going back to that dealership.

Anyways, it feels like when you drop the clutch in a manual and it lurches. It can't be good for it. But will schedule an appt. at another dealer.
