I think it's my fuel additive which makes me feel like a real S**t head. They never asked and I never thought to mention.

The dealer never could figure out this problem. I had not added my fuel additive in about 2 tanks when the dealer had the vehicle. They cleared the code and drove it a lot. They checked everything and the vehicle was fine.

I got home figuring the problem was behind us, and added my additive and the code came back on within 25 minutes. This isn't really a Mopar problem, as much is it's an EPA problem related to sensor over-sensititivity. We have continued to drive the vehicle with the code on. The vehicle is quiet, smooth, powerful, and gets phenomenol MPG. In fact they reprogrammed it and it holds the higher gears longer and I'm averaging over 26 mpg all in town.

I'm going to get the GDE tune as it rids the vehicle of nuisance codes such as this when some sensor is just reading a tiny hair out of range.
