This looks like a chart for older transmissions with conventional fluids. The 8HP70 and Lifeguard8 fluid are rated for much higher operating temps. Mine lands at 195-200F in normal driving.

According to that chart, every one of our transmissions should be failing at 50,000 miles

Transmission is designed to operate at 194F so running at 250F is no big deal....
