Tuner for Speedometer??

I have a 2014 diesel limited and just put 275/65/r18 tires and a RRO lift on it. I wanted to know if there is a tuner or anyway to recalibrate the speedometer for the bigger tire size ?

As far as I know, this is now a changeable parameter.

Re: Tuner for Speedometer??

One doesn't. I understand there was on previous versions of GC's. The tire on the currents GC's are basicly the same circumfrence.

Re: Tuner for Speedometer??

The factory tires are 30.4" I believe and mine are 32" so the speedometer is off by about 4% ... I heard it is not adjustable from Jeep so I was curious if a tuner/chip can help

I think this is supposed to say "not changeable" vice "now."

Re: Tuner for Speedometer??

I have 33" tires on my 2014. The dealer can change tire size for the vehicle, but they can only select the size from a few choices. They selected the biggest tire from the list for mine. Right now at 60 MPH on the speedo I am reading 63 on GPS. At 40 MPH I am reading 41.5 on GPS.

I have not been able to come up with an aftermarket device to truly correct the speedo to date.

Re: Tuner for Speedometer??

Diablosport is supposed to be coming out with something soon. Some add on piggy back computer that will work to adjust speedo.
