I read "o/s" as "overseas", if that helps parse the question. Or maybe not.

We are not in the export market at this time. That will have to wait for a functioning flash tool.

I will be tuning my own and will allow you to test drive if interested in the tune. Ecu's can be mailed in and shipped back within 24 hours.

DPF and EGR removal is available as well.
Interested in tuning my 2014 ecodiesel. Im looking to delete the dpf and egr as well as a power boost. What is the pricing of that?

~$700 for the tune from GDE. $100 discount if you're military. Pipes run ~$300 from CBE engineering

I was looking to ise stang678's method. I just have no idea how to contact him or what his company is. Is his GDE?

Re: Tuning your EcoDiesel

Looking for some advice please.

I recently had a rattle in my 2013 JGC Diesel exhaust.

We found that the DPF had partially broken. My dealer said if I could show evidence that it had broken he would put forward a case to have an out of warranty claim made.

My mechanic removed the exhaust, cut the top of the DPF pipe, removed the DPF ceramic block plus the broken bits further down the exhaust, and welded the top back on the pipe.

Its reinstalled and the Jeep is going well and the dealer is talking to Jeep Australia about a replacement.

I am getting a code P244A periodically which I can clear with my Ultra Gauge code reader. This seems the only down side.

I would possibly like to keep the DPF out of the system and fool the ECU if possible. I understand that a 100 Ohm resistor in the sensor plug will do this but would like some confirmation or advice on this.

Thanks,

Pete

I've got the GDE Offroad Tune and the CB Engineering pipe and they're awesome. The CB pipe is $600 for the WK2 though not $300, that's for the WK. Still a good value I think. It's not a small piece and it's well made. A bit extra if you want sensor bungs, they also do a military discount... It amounted to about 5% off for me. Maybe it was just free shipping.. Either way they are both quality products. FYI the original pipe is a mother to remove... Several sensors, worst of which is the input dpf differential pressure sensor tubing... but once the pipe is off, the CB pipe goes on like a dream. One more thing, their instructions advised me incorrectly on the tool sizes for sensor removal so check it before you buy tools of you don't already have the correct sizes. I'm currently averaging 30mpg driving 70% city and 30% highway 75mph or faster.

Do you recall the correct sizes? Mostly just the large sensor towards the back. The rest I have wrenches that fit. It's just that one I'm hung up on.

I believe that's the one that got me as well. I ended up using an adjustable to break it loose. Sorry I can't be of more service. If you haven't already done your ECM I posted a reply on one of the boards about what is IMHO the easiest method to remove /install it. Good luck you won't be disappointed with the tune and pipe!

Thanks... yeah, the adjustable wrench was the route I was thinking about taking. Appreciate you taking the time to reply.

I've had the non-off road tune since it came out. Absolutely love it and believe it's the best mod I've done so far. Finally decided to do the off-road tune because I got tired of the regens.

No problem for the reply! And I was tired of the regens as well. I definitely love having the peace of mind that comes with no DPF. The exhaust now has changed some although I'm still running the stock mufflers but I think it sounds better. Still quiet. I'm considering running something more aggressive, maybe even a true straight... We will see.
