Hey, so I am currently leasing a 2016 GC EC Limited 4x4 for 42 months. I pretty much decided that I will keep the car after the lease. My question is, if I wanted to get the extended warranty with Mopar Maxcare, which is the highest coverage, when should I do it? Should I wait until after my lease is up? Where can I buy it for the cheapest price? I have seen a few of those Chrysler warranty websites that advertise quotes.

Yup! My local dealer beat Zeigler by almost $200. He showed me his cost for the plans on his screen and said add $100 for him.

Zeigler quoted me 5/60 w/ $50 deductible for $1080.
Deal gave me 5/60 w/$0 deductible for $885.

In addition to Governor's suggestion to check with Zeigler, I think you should consider your current milage. AFAIR, there's a cutover milage of 12K where the premium will go up, so you should probably get the agreement ASAP.

I'm not sure which MaxCare Plan you are looking at but another thing you may want to think about is if you purchase the Extended Warranty after the first 12 months or 12K miles (from the in service date) then I believe you cannot get the warranty with a $0 deductible. They force you to go with a $50 or $100 deductible...just food for thought.
