Don't you have to actually be in possession of your SFU to even be considered cool? Or at least in transit?

Gallows humor…

I dig how JGers are pulling for one another throughout the site. I think our little village has its work cut out to keep you and the couple other Day-oners still awaiting a railcar away from the Rx Skittles.

Sno, weren't you thinking about getting a diesel at one time? I remember everyone being happy for you getting your GC.

"GASSER" That even sounds nasty now.

Glad to be part of the EcoDiesel family.

Holy (enter personal favorite expletive here)!

Smooth.

Wow. I just don't even know what to say or about what. I'm going to need to drive a couple days to really get a feel of it.

Some quick notes. Uconnect is very nice and simple to use. Paired up in seconds with my Android phone. Calls are much better then in my Audi. The ride feels more refined then my girlfriends '11 WK.

The good stuff. The transmission is buttery smooth. Was shifting up and down without any hesitations or clunkiness I've read others post. The engine is fantastic. It is quieter than my '07 WK CRD was. It's crazy quiet in the cabin. I did not notice any hesitation or lag anywhere in the power band. Lots of oomph and so smooth.

I'll post more as get more comfortable with it. Here are a couple of pictures. I had to hug my unicorn before I bright her home (sorry the wait had gotten to me and my dorkiness shined through).

About time Mazster43, you are one of the guys that's been holding up my purchase. LOL I've been waiting for one of you lucky guys to give a great and true review of what and how your unicorns perform in the real world.
I wanted a Summit diesel but I can't get the indigo blue/brn in a Summit. So one spends more time in the inside with the unicorn than on the outside so I think I will have to settle for an Overland. I also wanted the Deep Auburn but it only comes on the Summit; so I can't win. I have a 2006 5.7 that I'm keeping for the mountain romps (gentle type). When you get a chance could you please give me an idea if you get any type of lag from the turbo when taking off and anything else you wish to add. Congratulations and enjoy your vehicle to the fullest.

By the way is that Graphite? Also did you get the Quadra Drive II or the Quadra Trac II and have you tried it yet; I know it's still early but just to see if it works OK? Enjoy Enjoy Enjoy

mazster43 you can hug it all you want. I can tell by the grin on your face that you are in seventh heaven. It's like your first child was just born. LOL
