I checked the speedo against my GPS and it 60.6 mph at 60 mph in digital display mode. I inched it up slowly until it flipped to 61 and the GPS read 61.6 so its ~0.6 mph slow. That goes in favor of the EVIC mpg. Of course the EVIC mpg could still be off. I topped off at 16 miles on the odometer and have over half a tank left at 330 miles. I'll know the accuracy in a few days when I fill up.

A few observations: There is something cooking off on the exhaust/turbo that smells burnt. I got a good wiff after a long moderate accel to 90mph. I'm sure the EGT got above 1100 F and paint or stickers melted. The "cat pee" smell others observed was gone after the first 100 miles.

When I arrived at my destination, there was no wind. The road is a relatively flat 4 lane with 65 mph speed limit and no stops for 40 miles. At 60 I didn't have to brake any. I travel it frequently and wanted a baseline to test the Bluespark when I install it. I traveled about 100 miles with 30/70 city/hwy. The EVIC still reads 28.8. I'm impressed so far.

Can you tell us what your RPMs are at 60 and 70MPH? I didn’t see a tachometer in any of your pics...is there one?

Sorry, I zoomed in too far. I'll get you exact values today. 60mph is approx 1500 rpm. 70 should be (1500/60)*70=1750 rpm.

FYI....redline is reached at 180 mph in 8th gear...Lol.

What is the little yellow gas pump and what looks like a rain cloud above it and something below it on the left cluster? Very cool looking display though. I'm trying to get through both my main manual and the diesel supplement, hopefully before mine gets here. Can't wait....

The gas pump is the indicator that you are displaying the current and average fuel economy in the EVIC. On mine I have driver assist (forward collision) above the fuel economy.

The thing that looks like a cloud is Mountains and that is the Select Terrain Display. It gives you everything from front wheel steering position to wheel articulation and axle angle limit sensors.

I don't think people understand how much more advanced this vehicle truly is vs something like the ML350. It has a HUGE amount of information at your finger tips that is actually useful!
