I know exactly what you're saying. I am re-reading the online owners manual before I pick mine up on Thursday There is so much information to learn about and remember. Thankfully, since I read it several months back, I only have to skim read the 664 pages of the owners manual, that does not include the 100 page diesel supplement. Even though i have read about it, and seen it in non diesel 14's, it still amazes me with all the features and technology.

I read the manual while anxiously waiting for my vehicle to arrive and I'm glad I did. I definitely recommend re-reading it as I've had to reference it several times already.

FYI....redline is reached at 180 mph in 8th gear...Lol.

Is it me or do the pointers look like "Candy Corn"? I guess I need to eat something.

Well of course....because all the skittles got farted out in the first 30 miles.

Re: Welcome ALL 2014+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel owners!

I called Jeep customer service. Go to Jeep.com click the owners tab then look for contact us. Thats sounds right. Alternately I guess you could use the U Connect assist in the truck to order it.

That goes in favor of the EVIC mpg. Of course the EVIC mpg could still be off. I topped off at 16 miles on the odometer and have over half a tank left at 330 miles. I'll know the accuracy in a few days when I fill up. A few observations: There is something cooking off on the exhaust/turbo that smells burnt. I got a good wiff after a long moderate accel to 90mph. I'm sure the EGT got above 1100 F and paint or stickers melted. The "cat pee" smell others observed was gone after the first 100 miles.
It is the sticker on the Diesel Particulate Filter. No biggie but annoying

Re: Welcome ALL 2014+ Jeep Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel owners!

In the diesel supplement it says that DEF may freeze at or below 12 degrees F. I spend a good part of my winter at or below that temperature. Will the truck start if the DEF has frozen? If the block heater is plugged in is there some tie-in to the Def tank to protect from freezing? Did I miss something in the supplement?
