Which oil would you use on a full delete?

Hey all. Very soon, as soon as I have time to install, I will have my jeep fully deleted..GDE Offroad Tune and CB Engineering Offroad Pipe. I will not then have the need to use the spec oil and I'm trying to decide what I'll use with my newfound freedom. I have run Mobil 1 turbo diesel 5w40 in my tdi jetta for over 200k miles and its been great. I'm a Mobil fan from way back. My question is what would you use?

T6 can't go wrong it's decently cheap at walmart also like 2.5 gallons for $50.

I'd say CJ-4 Delo 400 or Rotella T; 5-40 You could probably get away with using good old 15W-40 but I don't think anyone will back you up on that.

...and obtaining a PCM tune that disables the firmware that the EPA forced FCA to include, without which the vehicle would refuse to start when the self-check indicates these emissions control systems are gone.

Re: Which oil would you use on a full delete?

Thanks guys! My next question was if a software modification was needed to remove these, which was confirmed. I guess after my 5 year service contract, this would be my option then.

If you're talking about oil and fluid changes, a delete shouldn't prevent you from getting those done still....

I'm more worried about them not honoring any of the service contract warranty which I have for 5 years.
