Well folks here's what I'm bringing to the table for our WK2s. They said it couldn't be done but I'm happy to say it fits perfect. Push Bumper for a Chevy Impala Police Cruiser. This particular one is from go-Rhino.*

No drilling or cutting of the Jeeps plastics or body and it can be removed in under a minute. A liitle longer if you use a lock, maybe a minute and a half with the lock. Let me know what you think. More coming soon.*
you will probably be a little surprised of how it connects, a little unconventional but it works, gives you many more options and a little easier on the wallet.

Best Regards,*
Rex

Yes, we have one brush guard extension I'mcurrently test running on my WK2 which incorporates a Chevy Impala Policy cruiser push bumper from go-Rhino. I've submitted a pair of brackets to the shop to fab up for me that will incorporate the Westin trailblazer 42-2015 front brushguard and the Barricade front tubular bumper both of which were made for the Wrangler. Hoping to get all of this up on the website within the next couple weeks.. if you are inquiring on aluminium or steel Shield/skidplates, we currently have the aluminium in stock. Hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact me for any further questions. Best regards Rex.

Regarding my question about aluminum or steel, the go rhino push bumpers are available in either material. Some prefer aluminum because the reduced weight has a less negative affect on handling. So, I presume you're testing the steel version?
Looking forward to more pictures and details.

Yes just stuck a magnet to it but either one will work on my brackets since they should both connect the same way. Didn't like the bracket set up completely so I'm redesigning as we speak, may offer both depending on how everyone wants it. Thank you you for your interest, very inspiring. Best regards Rex

Which year models Chevy Impala Police Cruiser? I would like to look it up on go-rhino. I'm interested in what I guess you call the bull bar(?) Will it mount to the tow hook bolt holes?

Where do you come in, are you going to sell install kits? Or is this Chevy impala kit ready to buy and install on my GC? I'm missing a lot of info here. Maybe I'm just slow. ;)

Lol, no your not slow, I'm just giving brief heads up snippets as I'm designing. The push bumper I currently have installed on my Jeep is from a 2014 year model I believe. The brackets will be offered on our website at shieldproductions.com after I have it finished desining. Hoping to get it out before Christmas. The bumpers at this time can be ordered from where ever you get the best pricing on line. My new design I'm currently working on is incorporating the stock tow hooks. I still like the idea of being able to add accessories up front so I'm trying to design that into it all as well. I figure the more you can do upfront the better. I'm also going to figure in adding a winch mounting point so my mind is spinning. Hope I answered your question and thank you for your interest. Best regards Rex.

Have to say I liked the start of your first attempt better. I'd like to see wings added to that one for headlight protection. This second one looks too much like just another bull bar, but with PIT bar extensions. The whole thing looks too low to be very affective against anything larger than maybe coyotes and dingos. Maybe if the height was increased so the PIT bars are inline with the facia crease below the grill opening and headlights?

Yes, I have been making some adjustments for this on the two different design configurations we have and hopfully it will play well with the ACC sensor. If you have any personal knowledge of the area around that cyclops sensor (reference how many inches left, right, up and down of the eye to which something begins to interfere with or trigger the sensor) please respond back and let me know. Any feedback that would help on the adjustments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your continued interest in our products and upcoming products .
Best regards Rex

Also are you more interesed in keeping the stock tow hooks without the hitch accessories ability or would you prefer to use the hitch accessories connection and just add tow hooks or D-ring to the bunper?

That is in the E and V band microwaves. I looked at the specs and it is fairly narrow 30 degrees horizontal. Should not interfere with the bars put close to it unless if gets reflected interference which using anechoic chamber would show that or just trying it and see if it produces incorrect results.
Short range 250M and I would guess just range gates anything beyond that out.

I would love to have something more sturdy up front but not willing to give up my ACC either...

Currently I've been test running the accessories hitch configuration and it is exstreamly sturdy and should be able to push a vehicle off the roadway in case of break down for saftety purposes just as police use it with no issues. As soon as I get the adjustments done for the stock tow hook configuration I will test run it with updates. At this time I could probably put the hitch accessories configuration live on the website if anyone was interested but I thought i may wait until both are ready. Haven't decided yet.
