Thanks for the hint about your thread here - subscribed!

Can't wait to see how this evolves. And, at some point if you happen to post a pic of your "garage collection", that would be sweet, too!

LOL, I wouldn't exactly call 2 cars a "collection".

But I do have a video of my other car:

Ohhh, my! Thanks for that brief distraction - that looks and sounds like an awesome machine.

And now, back to your Arctic build discussion, in progress...

Re: Zybane's "Arctic" Diesel Build

I found the part number for the SRT hood: 68040264AF

Look's like it would come unpainted. Anyone have any idea what it would cost to color match/paint a hood?

I think the hoods on all WK2's are the same. Anyone confirm?

LOL.

I ordered some plasti-dip to play around with some colors:

Matte Black
Clear
Cobalt Blue
Anthracite Grey

Look's like 'me rock rails are back-ordered.

Everything from the Warn 9.5XP-s winch to the Laser Interceptor Quad Hybrid Beltronics STi-R plus package should be coming in this week. I'm in five figure territory now and still have stuff to order.

Sell some time in the GT-R for track laps and I'm sure you'll be able to wind your way down into triple digits real quick.

I don't trust strangers in my car.

Got some goodies in today:

Some notes:

The Warn 9.5Xp-s is awesome!
I found that my 32.7" Terra Grapplers actually fit the spare tire area with some shimmying and the cover closes flat! I would have to keep it deflated, but no worries there as I always have an air-compressor on board.

I went with the Nitto's as they are made in USA and they are about the best off-road tires you can get that maintain decent noise levels.

Tomorrow I am getting all glass tinted with 3M Crystalline.

Re: Zybane's "Arctic" Diesel Build

I'm excited to see how all of this turns out for your, Zybane. I've done some of the same stuff to my Summit. Interested to see how the new fenders and front end look once you get them on.

Here's the most recent pic of mine after getting the window trim wrapped.
