Re: Jeep Wave account?

I haven't gotten my 2017 Trailhawk yet but Jeep Wave Owner Care is listed on the build sheet.

Good thinking. I just checked mine and it also includes it. But they may have changed what it includes.

Lord Sergio giveth and Lord Sergio taketh away.

I just looked at your build status. You are sooo close!

Yeah I was hoping it would have gotten to the dealer yesterday but it was unloaded late, so hopefully tomorrow, the rail yard and the dealer are about 15 miles apart....I pass the yard on my way to work everyday...

Yes I went to the yard yesterday to see if I could see it though the fence......but it hadn't been unloaded yet haha

Not sure why I'd be getting emails from jeep wave if I didn't qualify?
Did you ever get the wave tab?

It doesn't have its own tab as was shown previously. It is under the "Care" tab. They have included the 2 year maintenance. I also got an email welcoming me to the Wave with this link:

https://jeep.moparvip.com/owner/en-us/benefits

So you go to the Care tab, then the jeep wave and it shows 2 additional years?

When I go to the jeep wave it takes me to a log in, after I log in it goes back to mopar and it keeps going back and forth. I never log into a separate jeep wave page.

Haven't heard anything form the case they jeep wave customer service opened for me.

I got the email a few weeks ago, but can't figure out where to go to accept the terms?

Every time I click on the link in the email it just takes me to the mopar page, and in my dash board above my jeep picture it says non-owner.

Re: Jeep Wave account?

Here's what my email says, step one and two complete but step three doesn't let me log on to accept the terms.

Hey Jeffrey,

You've already completed Step 1 to getting fantastic Jeep® owner benefits by being enrolled into Jeep® Wave. Just complete Steps 2 and 3 to gain full access to all the great benefits of the program.

checked Step 1 — Purchase a Jeep® Wave eligible vehicle
unchecked Step 2 — Create a Mopar Owner Connect account at
Jeep.com/wave.
unchecked Step 3 — Click on the Jeep Wave tab to accept the Terms
and Conditions.
We look forward to bringing you the benefits of being a Jeep® VIP with the Jeep® Wave program!

Re: Jeep Wave account?

I got my car yesterday and haven't received any "wave email". However I registered on the mopar site and under care there is an option that says jeep wave. When I clicked on it I got a page with the benefits of the program and a "explore now" button. When I clicked on that another page opened up asking to accept the terms an conditions.

Mine just keeps going in a loop from that page to the mopar page, no accept page ever pops up.

I've tried chrome, internet explorer and my phone. Still never pops up!
