When I hit that it goes to a Jeep Wave login or register page. If I try to re-register its say's my email is already in use.

If I log in it just goes back to the same page with the learn more button. And it just keeps continuing in that cycle. Never logs into jeep wave, never goes to an accept the term and conditions page.

I did over a week ago and they opened a case, still haven't heard back.

We got hit pretty good here in NC and din't have power for a few days so I wasn't trying to use up my phone battery to call back. But after I get through with my property claims then the jeep wave will be next on my list.

*****UPDATE****

Received a call today from the Jeep wave case I filed.

She said the issue for me was that because I set up the Uconnect account before I set up the mopar account that it sometimes cause issues. The reason she said was because both sites are so closely connected and use the same log in info, but sometimes your full info doesn't transfer from Uconnect to the moper page to let you access the jeep wave info.

She said if your having issues and see a "Learn More" button not an "explore now" button on the jeep wave page that you have to call and file a claim so that the tech dept can manually correct your account. After you set up your email to uconnect or mopar and it didn't work you can no longer fix it yourself and the tech dept has to do it. 844-533-7928 (JEEP WAVE)

Hope this helps anyone else having issues. As of yet mine still doesn't work but I'll report back when I get access.

Posting this as yet unresolved problem in case it can be of use to someone else that may be experiencing the same thing. I will also post an update once it is fixed.

Just purchased the Jeep 4 days ago. The morning following our purchase, I successfully registered with Uconnect.

The vehicle shows up in Jeep Wave but the following problems exist:
1. the warranty section does not reflect the extended warranty
2. the Vehicle Health Report says, "sorry there was a error retrieving your report, try again later"

Additionally, I downloaded two Mopar Apps on the phone. The Mopar Connect App does not recognize my user name and password (using the same as I use for Jeep Wave) and the Mopar Owners Connection app states that it does not have any information on my VIN.

I contacted Jeep yesterday and have a ticket in - the guy I was on "chat" with said he only sees my old Jeep and sees the new jeep VIN but shows it as a non-owner vehicle. He sent the information to tech services.

There is no estimated time as to how long it will take to fix.

I am not really sure that Steve at Jeep Chat understood my problem because he kept saying that he didn't see the new vehicle associated with my email address when clearly I was logged in to Jeep Wave and looking at my vehicle's information - oh and it is associated with it enough that I could remote start the Jeep from the Jeep Wave page, if desired.

He thinks that I can't have two vehicles associated with both the same address because our old Jeep is in my husband's name and the new one is in both our names, but only mine shows associated with the new VIN. Again - I am signed onto the Jeep Wave page with the email address he said it can't be associated with.

Will follow up on this thread when I get answers to help anyone else that may have experienced this problem.

If you used a personal check as part of your payment, Koons may not have processed everything yet. When I was doing my paperwork the woman who was doing the registration paperwork saw that I brought a bank check and said, "Good, I can process this right away". I asked what they would do if I used a personal check and she said they hold the paperwork for 10 days.

I wonder if that includes the paperwork to Jeep.

Thanks! It may be - we used the cashiers check for most of the payment and then use the lien check for the rest.

Perhaps it is a simple lag time of paperwork getting processed. Hopefully it is as simple as that.

Enjoying the heck out of the car in the meantime, although we have not yet used that all important CD player!! ;-)

Did you purchase a maxcare extended warranty or a dealer offered warranty?

The health report on my mopar acct shows it was last updated in early Oct, and my updated mileage as of today says just over a 1000 miles where we have almost 4000 now. I pretty much gave up on using the site after the hassle to get my jeep wave oil changes.

I really not impressed with the remote command either, we went to a Halloween school function and I didn't bring my key. I had our 1 yr old and my wife was doing some of the scarier events with our 6 yr old. I went to go sit in the jeep for a while with our baby and just figured I'd unlock the doors with the app since it works at home.

I tried for half an hour and no luck, we were in an area with full 4g LTE service so I'm not sure what would have caused it not to work but now that I've found it unreliable it will be more of a gimmick just to show friends and family (if it works then).

Unless something has changed, the app sends commands via email. Even if sending and receiving devices are working properly email sometimes just isn't instantaneous. When I got my '14 I was playing around on my computer and hit the start command, nothing. Fifteen minutes later I was in my kitchen when I heard my Jeep start. I don't even show that feature to friends.

That stinks!! The one time the gimmick would have been useful - it failed.

Yes, I purchased the Maxcare Lifetime warranty with the $100 deductible.

Now that you mention the mileage inaccuracy on yours - the Jeep Wave Dashboard shows 65 miles (we left the dealership with about 6 miles) and now have almost 200 miles. So it updated at some point after we purchased the car, but not recently.

I have been able to do the following:
1. I have successfully used the Uconnect App to send an address for navigation to the vehicle, but have not tried the remote start.
2. I can sign into Jeep Wave (through the Jeep.com) on my laptop from my house. I need to see if there is a Jeep Wave App - I presume there is.

I have not been able to do the following:
1. I have not been able to register on Mopar Owner Connect because it does not recognize my user name and password (same as I use for Jeep Wave and Uconnect) - have tried on both the app and the site from my laptop.

Well, we will see what happens. The analyst in my likes the idea of being able to check the vehicle stats from my cell or computer and track maintenance records etc but can survive without it.

Up until 5 days ago, I didn't have a vehicle with all this tech stats and trending tied to it! I will survive if I can't use it for a while. :-)
