I suspect you'll love the Allpar rendering more than this interpretation

Or Kaiser, or Henry J

Or, maybe the Bantam to pay homage to the ancestor...

Re: All-new 2015 Jeep BU

The 124's and such eras weren't exactly shining stars of staying on the road between oil changes.

I was lucky enough to drive some of the 2 litre Fiats in the 90's on the autostrada around the Ivrea Aosta area and those things seemed to be quite decent.

Too bad Fiat was afraid to reenter the US with some of those pocket rockets.

Agree, why waste a Trailhawk, when what would be truly nice would be
an SRTrail version.

Re: All-new 2015 Jeep BU

My vote for the name is the Jeep Laredo. With that said, it makes me wonder if Jeep plans on phasing out the Grand Cherokee Laredo or renaming the trim level to follow the other trims they now have. So the base trim becomes the Grand Cherokee Latitude.

As for the look of the new baby Jeep. Im thinking something like this.

Re: All-new 2015 Jeep BU

Marlon,

Have you travelled overseas in the last 5 years to Europe, Africa, the Middle East? I have for work and have driven various rental Fiats and Alfas. Not my first choice buts its for work so its usually lowest cost. On the rare occasion when the job requires something reliable we dont rent Fiats, Alfas, Peugeots, Citroens, or Ladas. I had a Fiat Bravo back in Nov and the car must have had a hard life in 8 months as a rental. Front fenders were already showing rust and there was some rust on inside of rear fenders. I had to call the rental agency and get a replacement when the tranny left me with no gears. Alfas arent much better I have pulled out of my parking spot at the hotel and even 2012 Alfas leave oil deposits. I love the engines in Alfas especially the sound but I take a VW, Vauxhall, Ford, or Honda over it any day.

That's probably the closest I've seen, the grille is different, turn lamps are in lower part of fascia, windows are shaped different, headlamps different (still round).
