The other thing i just thought of, if they release them in say Jan, then they will already be 3mths+ old!!! May as well wait and order what i want then get a 17 build MY17 instead of a 16 build MY17.

#26 ·
In the sense that my decision to upgrade to a My17 SRT until i can get a Trackhawk? then yes it does lol. For us Aussies, who i think are the 2nd largest market for SRT outside of the US, we have to wait until our FCA Aus morons decide to tell us when/if we can have the Trackhawk. Since it wont be available to us until late 18 or early 19 i figure 2yrs or so in an MY17 SRT is a good enough upgrade till the Trackhawk comes downunder :)

#28 ·
I've gone and re-read my comments and realised i have been thinking in my head late 18 release (when in fact it's late 17). So your right, there is probably no point getting a 17 in Jan only to have to trade out 12mths later. Just had a guy here in AUS do 11.7 with a single rear mount turbo with stock motor/trans. So i think that might have to satisfy me till trackhawk lol, Just hope FCA AUS dont hit us with $140k AUD price tag :(

#34 ·
Actually, based on track record they will mix up parts first and then when there is enough outcry and buybacks the second wave of release will be all good and that's where I'll be waiting. :)

I can't wait for Milios to release more information about the Hellcat. Does anyone have his home, office, and cell number? I can't wait to trade my 2015 SRT for the 2018 Hellcat.
He lives on Pennsylvania Ave in a white house....
