Videos that appear to be taken in unsafe conditions are also deceiving when you are splitting seconds.

I am sure you have the proof. Link it here since you're so authoritative and have indexed the website, unlike me.

I don't quite care for the mods that people run - i am interested in performance with the factory tune - not somebody's supercharged
performance who tuned the engine within 1 psi of its life.

Sure - mid 4s, but I would rather trust a instrumented test of the upcoming Trackhawk or a drag strip slip with solid proof of a stock vehicle rather than a shaky handheld-shot video on a cell phone from angles that are misleading.

Challenger SRT Hellcat
2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Test – Review – Car and Driver
3.6 seconds.

Jeep SRT
2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT First Drive – Review – Car and Driver
4.6 s ( and let's give it a +/- 0.2 sec allowance) for an SRT.

I did re-watch the video on a computer screen and it does briefly show 3.7 seconds on the navi screen if one pauses it just right. Alright, so it is that fast, I was wrong.
