If it's anything like the Demon there will be a ton of dealers that will be disappointed. Mainly being that it seems that dealers either stock and sell a few SRT Jeep Grand Cherokees or none at all.

So if the highlighted info is changed to requiring at least one SRT Jeep in the past 12 months and the other part just Grand Cherokees there will be very few local dealers that will even get an allocation. This would seem bad if they are trying to prevent ADM like they are doing with the Demon.

The Demon allocation process we’re using has been reviewed and endorsed by your National Dealer Council
and is consistent with the philosophy described above:
 To be eligible for Demon allocation, dealers must have sold more than one SRT Hellcat in the last 12 months.
 Dealer allocation will be based on 60% SRT Hellcat and 40% Charger and Challenger sales performance
.
 Dealers will be allowed to order only as many Demons as they are allocated.
 Demons sold at or below MSRP will receive priority scheduling resulting in lower serial numbers.
 Demons sold at a price that exceeds MSRP will be produced after priority production is completed.
 To qualify as a verified sold order, an acknowledgement document must be completed and signed by the
customer, the dealer and be notarized. The document must be received by our Demon Concierge before the
vehicle will be scheduled for production.

The acknowledgement document is more CYA for FCA than it is checking to see if it is at MSRP. The document is on hellcat.org and most of it is FYI on safety aspects related to no seats, drag tires, etc. The MSRP thing is at the end and the doc must be sent after ordering via email to FCA Deom Concierge. A lot of guys there have their orders placed already. Most placed/looking/getting called today have ADMs too. Dealers DGAF about the FCA "Memo" and getting it faster.

The memo states the MSRP or below get priority (e.g. lower serial numbers). The others are still going to get them. The way FCA handles the rollouts there will be a ton sitting in QA/QC for a while so the lower priority won't mean much.

Of course it is........

Dealer accepts to make hardly anything off one of Dodge's most profitable and talked about cars in years. That's believable.

I'm not saying everyone with a MSRP deal and the notarized letter, etc. is not going to get it....but I think a lot of them better be prepared for the screwing they are going to get when their "MSRP car" is in the flesh (or metal rather) at the dealer and before it leaves the lot in their name they will be required to pay for high priced add ons (clear bra, wheel locks, undercoat, special wax, nitrogen in tires, etc.) and a HEFTY Doc fee.

Already landed 2 Demons at MSRP. Gwinnette in Georgia is first class.

... Large middle America dealer who had 3 Demon allocations and sold all at MSRP told me yesterday they have no one on their Trackhawk list. I'd have first dibs, and at MSRP. He also stated they may know their Trackhawk allocations July 7 (next inventory allocation release).

Decisions.......

Will get the full details tomorrow, but the system will open tomorrow for Trackhawk sold orders (one per dealer) and it must be verified with the attached Verification form.* You will have until 8/14 to submit and verify their sold order to*trackhawkorders@fcagroup.com.* After that, on 8/16, the remaining production will be allocated out based on the below criteria:

*

•******Methodology:

•******Dealer allocation based on 12-month sales July’16-July’17, Weighted 50% Jeep Sales, 40% WK SRT, and 10% SRT.
