I very much agree with #13. As a SRT owner, the customer service at the dealership service area is terrible. I have yet to feel comfortable going to a dealer for service. Both in CA and NC.

An actual track experience that I paid for!

Yikes, I am a new owner and the only thing I miss from my Tahoe is the folding mirrors...and barely that. The HK stereo in this thing DESTROYS the Bose in my Tahoe AND the Bose in my wife's 2015 Q50. I have the 19 speaker system I believe, and it sounds amazing. Haven't used the nav yet, so can't comment on that, but I love the Uconnect and it also rocks the socks off the UI in the infinity and Tahoe.

If I had to add something other than the mirrors, it might be wider meats out back and a better fit in fender for the 20"s as a few have mentioned....

what you said and another thing i can't stand is that you have to pay for a freaking loaner car even when your car is still under warranty. those are the things i miss about having a premium brand like bmw, audi, or land rover.

I have never paid for a loaner or rental vehicle and i'm out of warranty... This may be up to the dealership. But if you get the SRT Hotline involved they usually give you a free loaner as well.

I drove around a M3 for 4 years and not once did I get a loaner from the dealer. Yet Dodge gave me a loaner (granted it was only one time) when I dropped off a Durango I had for service. This is really dealer dependent.

After 1.5 weeks of ownership the only real change I would want is for a more responsive uconnect. Then again, I'm still in the honeymoon stage.
