2007 Srt8 with 102K Miles and one owner-Need help convincing the other half.

Based on lengthy and detailed discussions with the owner(he is 60+ and I am nearing 66), the SRT8 has been offered to me at 18.5K from an original 22.5K. All maintenance records are available and 80 percent of his driving has been highway. He recently purchase a 2012 Overland. New tires within the last 12K,(Runflat GY) and all pictures show the vehicle as being near mint. I have not personally viewed it yet, but I have reduced him from an original of 22.5K to current. Base on my research of SRT8 values, I seem to have him at my advantage of -6K based on KBB. Should I pull the trigger? This will be a private sale with no financing involved. Color is black which closely matches my son's 2000 RT10 Viper. Please tell me all is "good'? OR?

I previously did the Carfax, etc and all looks good. Proabably did not beat the sh** out of it due to his age. LOL since I am close to 5+ years of his age and my testerosterone(SP?) has reduced accordiningly=LOL. Best part about this situation is that he is not selling the SRT8 more than it is at 102K and is first and foremost, HONEST.

Re: 2007 Srt8 with 102K Miles and one owner-Need help convincing the other half.

Thank you for a comparative input. My deal will/would be $$$$ without a trade. I really need to think about a fair offer given that used Gen1 Prices seem to be dropping(GD Gas prices), but I do not want to offer an "outrageous" price that will offend him since he is a "straight" up and honest person. KBB and other "value" sites do not help with this situation. Further "angst" is that there is not a lot of legacy SRT8 Jeeps with this kind of mileage. Brings up thoughts of "Engineering longevity",etc. I will stop the ramble. Thanks again.
